Located in the Paris end of Melbourne's Central Business District (CBD), near Melbourne's Tennis Centre - Rod Laver & Hisense Arena, MCG and Chinatown. All Public Transport at your doorstep including: Free Tourist Tram & Parliament Train station. For those who do not have a computer, we have a computer area for free use of the computer and printer. We are a small 40 room family run Hotel with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, offering good quality, clean budget accommodation. All our Double, Twin, Family and Single rooms have opening windows for natural ventilation, 32 inch LCD TV, Fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, and Free wireless internet access in room. Easy access from Melbourne's International and Domestic Airport with Skybus. Please note: No lifts or elevators. Below is a list of some of the information you will need to know before booking. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note this hotel does not have elevator access. If your arrival is after 3:30pm, you need to obtain after-hours check-in instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform City Centre Budget Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A security deposit of AUD$100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
